屋台けいじは1991年9月に創業して以来、博多の屋台文化を守るため幾度もカタチを変えてきました。屋台特有の規制やルールに翻弄され、雨や風の影響を受け営業すらままならない事もしばしありました。それでも、博多の屋台文化を次の世代へと受け継ぎ、お客様の笑顔を守るため、愛すべき屋台文化を世界へと伝えていきます。世界中の人々が博多の食を楽しみ、屋台文化を理解し、愛してくれるように。そして、未来の世界を担う子供達が笑顔でワクワクするような食文化を世界へ伝えていきます。

屋台けいじでは、子供達の貧困問題解決、子育て世帯支援、ヤングケアラー支援を主な目的として "保留ラーメン" を「中学までのお子様と経済的に不自由な方」にラーメンを100円で提供しており「地域で見守り育てる仕組み作り」を推奨しています。この保留ラーメンは皆様の協力の元、善意で集まった資金から提供させて頂いております。また、健全な活動を維持するため店舗外での金銭の授受や資金集めの営業活動は行っておりません。保留ラーメンについてさらに詳しくはホームページにまとめておりますので一度ご覧頂けると幸いです。皆様のご理解とご協力宜しくお願い致します。

At YATAIKEIJI , we offer our “Pay-forward Ramen”to children up to junior high school age and those facing financial difficulties for just 100 yen. Our main goals are to help address child poverty, support parenting families, and assist young caregivers, while promoting a community where we all look out for and raise our children together.This Pay-forward Ramen is made possible thanks to your cooperation and the funds gathered from everyone’s goodwill.
